Waiting too long
I had an appointment with Dr Andrews on June 19 2024 at 9:30amI arrived at 9:28am, after waiting for 40 minutes I approached the help desk and I asked how much longer to be seen by Dr. Andrews, the nice lady at the desk said about 10-15 minutes.I explained to her that I been waiting for 40 minutes already, she said that the dr was a little behind. I explained to her that the same situation happened last year with my last year appointment and last year I thought he was running behind, but it seems to Dr Andrews is part of his lack of work ethic and lack of respect to people’s time. 40 minutes in the waiting room is too long, as far I’m concerned, he just lost a patient, there’s too much demand on the medical field, professionals that have the respect and consideration for the patient.

I have been a patient at the Eye Care Center since 2013 and I do not know any other eye specialists that can even compare with Dr. Andrews or Dr. Rothstein. Dr. Andrews is such a knowledgeable and caring Dr. as well as Dr. Rothstein. Dr. Andrews has done a Corneal Transplant & Refractive surgery on me. I am so very pleased with him and I have recommended him to all my friends.

LOVE THIS GUY!! I have been through some tough stuff with my eye this past year and Dr. Andrews has been amazing through it all! He is funny and professional and always made sure i knew what was going on with the care of my eye! He made going through 3....yes 3 Cornea Transplants much easier than i imagined!!

Dr. Andrews did my LASIK eye surgery. He did a great job and now my eyes can see more than perfectly. He made me feel very comfortable for my procedure. I would recommend him to any friend or family member.
