Dr. Boardman never contacted me regarding the results of my MRI. Twice I phoned the office and I drove there once. I was told he did not want to see the disc he had a preliminary report. I asked if he could tell me what it said. The answer was no. I could make an appointment in three months. $535.00 out of pocket for nothing. What recourse does a person have when dealing with someone who doesn't seem to care?

Dr. Boardman was great. His office staff at the clinic are horrible to work with. They have no time for any one or anything. Absolutely awful! There are hurried and harried. Their motto is not my problem or why are you talking to me about this?
