He may be the best Doctor but Colleen is awful and he needs to address this because her behavior is terrible and unacceptable

AAA!!!

I became a patient of Dr. Bruno's office last year when I had to find a new PCP for pre-op testing after moving to NYC. He was recommended by my surgeon as they're both part of Northwell Health. It's only been a year and I am already looking for a new provider for numerous reasons. 1. I went into the office twice, once for pre-op testing and once for a regular checkup. I never actually saw Dr. Bruno, only his PA. 2. All of the staff at his office that I interacted with (excluding the PA) were horrible. The receptionist is rude and condescending both on the phone and in person. The lab tech has no bedside manner and is also rude. PA was kind and thorough during evals. 3. As an established patient, I needed a medication refilled. My pharmacy said they were having trouble getting the prescription refilled by Dr. Bruno's office. I called the office to see if I could help expedite the process, and they told me that since I hadn't been in since 2020, they wouldn't refill the prescription. (M
