I was impressed the Doctor had reviewed the paperwork I completed prior to showing up for my first office visit.

Doctor's office failed to disclose cost of heart rate monitor. Office staff told me that everything was covered by my insurances, and later I received a $525 copayment bill. This should have been disclosed to me at the time I was given the monitor so I could have declined it.
