Dr. Campbell has been a life saver for my husband. Prior to seeing him, he had 3 previous disc herniations surgeries, 1 fusion and still suffered extreme numbness, tingling, the feeling of walking on rocks, and Charlie horse cramps multiple times a day and through the night. Dr. Campbell did not choose to jump into another surgery, but rather try all the other alternatives before hand. Even though those didn’t work, we were happy to work through the options during a 2 year period with Campbell in hopes something other than surgery would work. After all failed, an ALIF surgery was the only other option. IT WORKED!! the morning after surgery, my husband woke up and said, “my foot isn’t numb or tingly anymore!” That was huge!!! Dr Peter Campbell displayed a passion for his practice and my surgical outcome. He agreed to provide us a second opinion and perform my surgery when no Dr. in my area would do so. Within three weeks of surgery, I was well enough to walk 2 miles, when before I was practically bedridden. Follow-up care is addressed by Dr Campbell and his team to the same comprehensive degree as before surgery and all my questions were answered fully without feeling rushed. Dr. Campbell is an amazing doctor. He has been treating me for 3 years now and has been the only one out of many doctors who has actually tried to fix the pain in my spine, not just try and cover the pain. He listens to my concerns and gives me all my options. I will be having surgery soon and wouldn't trust anyone else to do it.

Dr Campbell fused my spine in November. I’ve gone from not being able to stand for long periods to standing for most of my work day. I am walking between 2 and 3 miles each day. I feel amazing. I had accepted a restricted lifestyle but with my surgery I’ve been able to return to who I was and the activities I enjoy. I can’t thank Dr Campbell and his staff enough.

Dr Campbell performed spine surgery on me while he was located in Hagerstown, MD. He answered questions in terms that I could understand. His patients always come first.

Dr. Campbell did an outstanding “job” on my spine/ACDF surgery! He was very detailed in his explanations/recommendations and has an incredible team! Very thankful I chose him to perform this operation and no doubt he did a world of wonders for me and my previous pain level! Afraid to outsource for the right answer. Lets you leave as clueless as you were when you walked in, even after you ask a bazillion of the right questions. Will keep you coming back for pointless appointments. (Makes money that way) Waited 45 minutes in an exam room during one appointment, over an hour the next, both were on time appointments.

Amazing in every aspect! Wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do my surgery. Very knowledgeable, very kind, great bedside manner, treats you like you are his only patient....you never feel like "just a number". HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Campbell! ??

Dr. Campbell is a very gifted neurosciencesurgeon who also is very pleasant and good at answering questions I had. He performed an XLIF procedure of my lower spine. I am very blessed to say, my surgery was totally successful. I highly recommend him.
