Dr. Crapanzano was uninformative, inattentive to my personal needs, and failed to disclose his available treatments until AFTER a full session had passed (and was paid for). He asked leading questions to symptoms that I did not seek treatment for and prescribed medication that was not FDA approved for his own diagnosis. The result left me with no viable treatment, no helpful information, and being out a lot of money that I could not recover, despite my efforts to resolve it with his office staff, who were also particularly inattentive and uncaring.

Dr. Crapanzano was one of the most thorough MDs I've ever seen. He spent quite a bit of time making sure he understood my issues, put me at ease, and explained every detail of his plan of care and what I could expect. He took all the time needed to understand the issues I was facing and made me feel confident in his expertise. I'm happy to refer him and will continue to see him.

Highly recommend Dr. Crapanzano! Had first appointment with him today and he really took his time to thoroughly go through my past treatments and experiences and was happy with his recommendations for me. Very knowledgeable about medications and interactions with others that I have to be on for medical reasons, etc. Couldn't be more pleased.
