Not ever having surgery prior to this experience, the office staff was absolutely great. When I talked to Deb about scheduling, we spent a good long time talking about what to expect the day of surgery. Dr. Czako was informative, patient, explained well, and joked with my family just prior to going into surgery. My scar, after 4 months is not visible unless I point it out. Highly recommend the entire experience from start to finish.

I saw Dr Czako recently for issues with hyperparathyroidism. Had my consult in July, surgery in August. He was not only professional but he had excellent skills. I felt like I was in great hands from the beginning to the end of my care. Great bedside manner and the office staff was extremely nice and accommodating as well. Highly recommend, 5 stars!!!

Office visit was humiliating. I left the office feeling belittled and wary with a fistful of printouts. Dr Czako aggressively scrawled information on my preprinted info with a red magic marker. This I assume was for my clarity. This appt took under five minutes. It is of no benefit to have seen him and he made it very clear that I wasted his time

Dr.Czako removed my thyroid due to thyroid cancer in the summer of 2015. Not only did he explain everything so I was comfortable, he did an exceptional job...no complications and based on my follow up scans, he got every bit of thyroid possible to surgically remove. I would definitely recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Czako by my GP. He is very professional, personable, and immediately made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and I had complete confidence in his knowledge and abilities. It was easy to schedule the initial appointment and the surgery. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first surgery. It went great, the recovery so far has been a breeze, and the incision is healing/looks better than I ever could have imagined.

I interviewed 3 doctors. Dr. Czako was by far the best. He took all the time you needed to be reassured about the surgery. He was so professional and yet easy to speak to. We (my husband) and I trusted Dr. Czako completely. Surgery went great and no after problems. By all means go and see him if you need surgery.

Excellent surgeon; very caring. I hope I never have to have surgery again but if I do he would be my first choice. He performed a right hemicolectomy when I was diagnosed with cancer.

Very personable, knowledgeable and eager to answer any of my questions. Also have family member who has worked in the O.R. with him many times and she said he would be the surgeon she would want, if she were a patient.
