I am taking a medication that requires a cardiologists supervision and monitoring and his office went through all the steps to qualify. It was also established that I had high blood pressure at that initial visit. His PA was very kind and helpful. When I had a negative reaction to the meds and returned Dr Farrugia sat with me until my blood pressure lowered. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Farrugia

Terrible staff and horrible people skills
I had the worst experience with the office person who checked me in. She was rude and arrogant and showed no customer service skills at all. I judge a doctor by the people he places in his organization. I walked out before my appointment. Terrible time.

Dr. Farrugia is the best Cardiologist I have ever been too! He treats his patients like family. He goes the extra mile to support both patient and family members! My husband and I both have heart conditions and we can testify to his caring nature. My husband was hospitalized with a severe brain bleed and hospitalized for 32 days. Dr. Farrugia answered calls when we needed information of my husbands stents! He made time to take calls n really cared for my well being as well! Does hesitate to have him care for you!

I was scheduled to have Dr. Farrugia do an angioplasty. Before the procedure I explicitly told Dr. Farrugia that I did not want to be stented unless it was a medical emergency. Despite my instructions, Dr. Farrugia unsuccessfully attempted to stent me 5 times! He claims it was a medical emergency and wanted to try again. That was 18 months ago - hardly an emergency. I have decided to treat my condition medically but my health has significantly deteriorated since Dr. Farrugia's attempted stenting
