Impressed by fellow physician
As a fellow physician, I often need to talk with a patient's doctor in order to coordinate care and ensure the very best outcomes. Despite calling doctors weekly, it is very rare that the doctor will call me back and often times not even the doctor but the nurse or the MA. The same day we called to talk about a patient for upcoming surgery, Dr. Forsberg called me back that evening ( a Friday!) and answered my questions. It was clear he truly cared about the patient. Wow. I was so impressed on many levels. Obviously, I can't speak for his patient skills or clinical skills but as a physician who's been in practice for 35 years, the fact that he took the time to call me right back was so "old school," like doctors used to be and should all be.
