We have seen Dr. Freswick for over a year now he is always very welcome tells us what we need to hear and honest with our child makes the environment comfortable for most people being in the hospital is not the best experience he does a great job highly recommend him.

I would give him a zero stars if i could. He is an awful physician with terrible bedside manner. Do not recommend him at all and suggest if you would actually like to figure out what is wrong with you to look at any other doctor. He messed up so bad on me it was recommended that I sue him. Absolutely horrible care.

Warmth & Compassion
My family can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Freswick. He managed to squeeze my extremely sick daughter in on a day when we were frantic, and panicked and couldn't find answers anywhere else. We were met with calm and kindness and had a diagnosis within days. My daughter loves Dr. Freswick because he talks to her... the patient. After our first visit, my daughter cried tears of joy because she said that he was the first doctor that didn't make her feel crazy. His team of nurses and staff are equally amazing, and make the difficult times bearable with their warmth and compassion.

Dr. Freswick is one of the most caring and sincere doctors we have ever met. He gave our son quality of life back. He talked directly to our son and was patient in listening to what he had to say, and we worked together to come up with a treatment plan. He is truly a partner in care. We were at Mott Children’s before for GI and never met anyone close to Dr. Freswick in their GI team as far as knowledge and compassion.

Dr. Freswick was a bit short and condescending. Did not explain anything to us. Basically just told us "It's probably IBS" and nothing to worry about. Very uncaring.
