Dr. Peter Fries, MD

Everyone at the desks are friendly, patient, professional and very helpful. Dr. Fries has been taking care of my eyes for quite a few years. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things, making sure that I understand. He's amazing! Kudos to his assistants, as well - Darla and Justin.

My 86 y/o mother recently had a small Basil Cell Carcinoma removed from her face. She loved Dr. Fries, and my mother is NOT a fan of doctors in any way, shape or form. He spoke TO HER, took the time to explain everything in a manner she could understand, and answered all questions. And as a plus, he actually has a sense of humor and personality - generally this cannot be said of most surgeons I have encountered in the past few years. It's one thing to have the skill (and Dr. Fries definitely does) but it's so helpful to have someone easy to talk with and capable of injecting a little levity into surgical situations.

Dr. Fries was great! I was able to make an appointment for the next day to see him and at the appointment there was hardly a wait. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my eye. He told me how he treats the problem, and that is what we did. Now 2 days later, and it has almost vanished!
