Great Psychiatrist
He listens and hears you.He takes my input into consideration when suggesting changes in my medication dosage. He’s easy to talk to, warm and caring. It’s a shame Psychiatrists don’t do therapy anymore as I would be very happy to be counseled by him. It’s easy to be open with him.

Very helpful
Very pleased with Dr. Garcia and his staff. I have been all over the world (military service) and experienced good and bad psychiatric care. This has been one of the best experiences I have had. I feel very comfortable discussing things with Dr. Garcia and haven't been let down by him. He is very willing to work with me and get me the help I need. I highly recommend him.

Amazing Doctor
I started seeing Dr Garcia 1 month ago when I was in CRISIS! He is very responsive and compassionate, he actually listens! He has helped me a lot, and I have total confidence in him. It is rare to find a competent and compassionate therapist and I trust him. AAA+++ rating!

After being a star patient of his for years - he spent two years weaning me off a medication I was only on for one year of usage. I finally opted to go inpatient to get it over with and just continue on my anti depressant with him. Multiple times I was left to detox dangerously as he didn’t get to my refills cause he is so busy and now that I have left inpatient care and am suicidal and needing medication management help they are telling me I need referrals to other providers but won’t even take a few minutes to make sure I am ok (I am not - I hope I live through this but it’s getting harder and harder to fight for this any longer) or help me with where to go from here. Incredibly irresponsible practices. I sincerely hope, for the sake of this community, that we get better providers who don’t just brush off life or death matters!

I started seeing Dr. Garcia over a year ago and since his schedule is so booked, it only allowed me to be seen once every 6 months. If you miss an appointment, he stops all of your medication without warning. NOT OKAY. He didn't believe me when I explained my symptoms and passed trauma. Not only that, but when I tried to vent to him about personal things going on in my life and the reason behind why I was so anxious, he told me, "Woah, I'm gonna stop you there. I'm just the pill guy, I don't do therapy." He's also made very hurtful comments as "side jokes" but they're not funny.. For example, one time I got worked up over something that happened at work and he stated, "Don't go hurt yourself now" and kind of chuckled. Absolutely unacceptable coming from a mental health provider. Seems like he only cares about the money and not the patients or their concerns. I truly hope the medical board contacts him regarding his patient care because it truly is borderline abusive.
