Unconcerned
My brother had an appointment with Dr. Hynes after having triple bypass 4 weeks ago. He went over my brothers meds and than asked him how he felt. We waited almost an hour in the room waiting for him. He never checked my brothers chest or listened to his heart. He spend about 8 minutes with us. How could a doctor treat someone that way after having such a serious surgery. We have been to Dr. Hynes only a few times and he has never spent much time with us, but after this kind of surgery you would think he would have been more concerned with my brothers health! We will never go back to him!!!!!!

Absolutely not
My visit with Dr, Hynes was the WORST visit of my entire life. He performed a procedure on me that he had very little knowledge of. Horrible experience, horrible Doctor. Terrible. My life hasn't been the same since. Do not refer any one not even your worst enemy to this Doctor.

Awful. My dr left the practice during COVID. The office didn’t tell me they just put me in the office with Dr. Hynes. My BP was off the charts. He couldn’t be bothered taking it again or even talking to me about it. The nurse showed a lot of concern. He doubled my medication for cholesterol and I had a reaction. He refused to come to the phone to discuss. Just had nurse tell me to stop taking if I wanted to after my calling several times. No return call. I finally found my original DR and I have been trying for two months to get my records for my apt and they are making it impossible. Won’t get me my records in time for my apt. Now making me drive an hour to a different office three weeks later to pick up even though they said they would bring them to my local office now changed their minds. Dr Hynes is aware of this. I tried to get his help. He asked me to leave the office and go to the other. That’s all they would do. Dr is totally uncaring.
