DR. KAISER WAS GREAT
Dr. Kaiser was wonderful. I had sudden hearing loss and he immediately fit me in for steroid injections in the ear as you don't want to wait. As he was performing the procedure, he explained what he was doing as he was going along. He was awesome in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had serious nose polyps and allergy. I couldn't breathe through my nose for 26 years .I had twice surgery and removed the polyps, in Baltimore, MD. But after 2 months, everything was come back. I moved to Phoenix and got referral to Dr. Kaiser, he told me you need surgery ,I said to him, I had twice surgery, what this is gonna do different? He said you need it,I had surgery in 2017 and up to today 2024,I am breathing through my nose.He did something that others couldn't, God bless him. I moved back to Baltimore and still breathing through my nose. You can't imagine after 26 years all medicine and suffering and breathing through my mouth, and Dr.kaiser made me well.He is genius. Be nice and patient with him, he will take care of you.Thank you very much Dr.kaiser.

No empathy or willingness to listen
Dr. Kaiser seems to have an agenda...see as many patients as possible. He lacked empathy and did not ask nearly enough questions. He seems to care more about seeing as many people as possible than he does about making sure his patients feel seen, heard, acknowledged. and understood. Many reviews online state the same. I should have read those before making an appointment. I will never return.

Waste of time and money
Dr. Kaiser is the worst ENT doctor I've ever seen. He was very unprofessional rude and never took care of my problems. I had 3 concerns that I wanted to talk about, he half addressed one and told me there's nothing wrong and to stop using decongestants. Never took the time to discuss my other concerns. I was literally in the examine room 3 minutes. and he walked out. I normally do not write reviews. But this case made me very frustrating. I would never recommend him to my friends of family.

Beware. Office will attempt to do expensive in office procedures (hearing tests, nasal endoscope) without advising the hundreds of $ they will cost above & beyond your insurance. Dr. Kaiser was condescending & rude. Not a good experience.

Dr. Kaiser did a marvelous job on my ear issue. I had been to my primary doctor and they did not find the issue. Dr. Kaiser found the issue and fixed the problem in the same visit. I had relief almost instantly. Thank you Dr. Kaiser!

I would not recommend Dr. Kaiser to the families of young children. The wait time is over an hour and the office is not kid friendly. For each of our appointments Dr Kaiser was late and was not very understanding to why were were upset to only be seen for 5 minutes. Additionally after waiting so long the office is not understanding that young patients become ancy and agitated which could be avoided by seeing young patients on time for their scheduled appointment.

I have had my entire family under the care of Dr. Peter Kaiser for 14 years. I trust him completely. He is a very knowledgeable doctor. He takes time with his patients and explains his diagnosis to his patients so that they fully understand. He is very kind and patient with my young daughter. She has been going to him since she was 2. She is 10 now! He has so much valuable experience and has attended the best medical school, Northwestern in Chicago. Our family loves him!

I saw Dr. Kaiser for bad nasal and sinus problems. I liked him right away. I found him to be straight forward, knowledgeable, and personable. He diagnosed a deviated septum and wanted to get a CT scan of my sinuses. The CT scan was done in his office at another appointment and he was there to personally go over the results with me, which was really helpful. The scan showed sinus blockage, and he recommended sinus surgery along with septoplasty. Surgery went perfectly and I am 100% better.

He didn't even know why lymph nodes swell, told me it's not abnormal if they persist past three months and told me just because they are larger than normal doesn't mean they are enlarged. Doesn't make any sense at all. He told me active ebv can not cause lymphoma, look it up it most definitely does. He also said lymphoma is when only one lymph node swells abnormally large, wrong again. Swollen lymph nodes throughout the whole body indicate cancer. He was rude and advised me to see someone else.

Dr. Kaiser is the worst ENT doctor I've ever seen. He was very unprofessional rude and never took care of my problems. I have a bad nasal congestion and swallowing difficulty which cause me a severe anxiety. He tested my throat and diagnosed me with VCD. I asked him " What is VCD and how to treat it?" His answer was "Go on-line and find out about it".. Terrible!!! I normally do not write reviews. But this case made me very frustrating. I would never recommend him to my friends of family.

My 9 month old daughter needed tubes put in her ears. We visited both dr offices as well as the surgery center. Dr Kaiser was fantastic! He took his time and made me feel comfortable with my child having surgery. He was gentle when interacting with my daughter . His staff at both offices and the surgery center were wonderful as well. They called to check on us the day after surgery and they seemed truly compassionate. Overall great experience . Highly recommend Dr. Kaiser

Myself and 3 of my children have seen Dr Kaiser. We have seen him for allergy testing, tonsil/adenoids removed (5yo & 14yo at the time), earring issues, sinus issues and when I had to have my thyroid removed - he did that surgery as well. He is very professional yet puts the patient at ease, he talked to the kids about what was going on, not just the parent. I have been seeing him for over 10yrs.
