An altogether pleasant experience
My appointment started within a minute or two of the scheduled time. The medical assistant did the preliminary paperwork and took height, temperature and blood pressure measurements. Dr. Nani came in a few minutes later and, after exchanging a few pleasantries, proceeded to diagnose my sinus infection, send a prescription to my pharmacy and verify that I had a follow up appointment. I believe I was in and out of the Provida offices in less than 30 minutes.

He takes time to explain things to you well

He is a good listener and cares a lot about your well-being, he will tell you that ,it is not bad ,it will be well with you soon, he gives hope to his patients. He is friendly and cheerful with a smile all the time.

Easy to talk with
Dr. Naomi stands out because he is easy to talk with and understands a patient’s needs. I don’t feel intimidated talking with him and have always been at ease. I trust him and that says a lot.
