Dr. Peter Niemczyk, MD

He explained everything and all the options I had. I went ahead and took another appointment and he solved my issues. He was never impatient, rude or nasty, and he cares for his patients. He is very overworked, and if you feel you don't want to wait in his waiting room, I suggest you find another urologist, but he is the best in Arizona.....i would not go to anyone else in Sierra vista or Tucson, or any other urologist in Arizona!

Showed up 10 minutes early and sat and waited until they were 40 minutes late. I then decided to go to the window and cancel appointment and they could care less. Just in there chatting away when one of them could have shown some maturity and called me to the window and advised me that they were running an hour late. I could then decide if I wanted to stay or reschedule but NOOOOOOOOO that would mean they might not get to whack my insurance. This treatment goes right along with the rest of this garbage they call a hospital.Niemczyk is okay but the staff stinks.

Dr. Niemczyk has been my urologyst for four months. In that time, I have visited his office a number of times for tests and assessments of prostate issues. Most recently, Dr. Niemczyk performed surgery installing (?) a urolyft. I have left every single encounter with Dr. Niemczyk feeling comfortable and certain that I am receiving expert care. By extension, the entire medical team and support staff are equally caring and professional. Candidly, I have never experienced such consistently positive support from an entire medical crew as I have with here, and that has to be a reflection of Dr. Niemczyk’s leadership and standards. I will be strongly recommending Dr. Niemczyk to anyone in need of a urologist.

He is impatient, rude, acts like he has more important things to do and that you are a burden to his day.

Only urologist in the area and it's clear he could care less. Everyone I know remarks on the unending wait times. Might be worth it if I felt cared for. Shame on this guy.

I have been seeing Dr Nim check for various issues ranging from kidney stones, prolapsed, revisions from botched surgeries with a mesh and a sling. Every time I went to see Dr Nimczyk and his nurse Ruth have been very professional caring and understanding. Not only is the office is very clean and inviting they really care about their patients and it shows because they will take any measures to make sure that you're okay and you completely understand what the treatment plan is. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you CL

The office and scheduling is very unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment and received an email that they rescheduled my appointment, without talking to me, to a time that would not work. Their reason for changing the appointment is their scheduling software, which their staff apparently does not like. But I find it very unprofessional for a office or doctor to not live up to their commitment. I say find a different doctor who will follow through and abide by their word.

Dr. Niemczyk is a very helpful and his front off ice staff is amazing. I have seen him several times for bladder issues. His front office lady, Ruth, is one of the most caring medical staff I have ever met. She always puts me at ease when I am feeling out of sorts or having concerns about my health. I can tell that she works very hard to ensure patients are taken care of.

Although he seems to be a very caring Dr., it appears his business is going down hill. His nurse does double duty as the receptionist and he rents his office out to a massage therapist and a psychologist. Both doctor visits I had to wait 1+ hours for my scheduled appointments. I was asked to give a urine sample and was given a Dixie cup instead of a normal specimen bottle with a lid. When I went to put my urine sample in the designated cabinet in the bathroom there was another patients deteriorating urine sample already in the cabinet. Neither my sample nor the other were labeled with names leading me to wonder how my sample would be differentiated from the other. Plus without a lid and the wax breaking down from the Dixie cup/urine combination I also wondered about contamination of the sample. My confidence in proper sampling techniques of this office has lead me to find another doctor for my medical needs.

I have seen by Dr. Niemczyk for about a year now, I an pleased with his service. I can't say that for his office help! I have called his office for two weeks I have talked to Tammy who said she will call me back. I'm still waiting! I call I get the answer machine every time I leave a message, still waiting to hear from Dr. Niemczyk office!!!!!! Thinking this is not worth the wait, going to find another Dr.

Great initial appointment. Listens carefully and takes the time to hear and discuss patient issues.
