Disappointed.
I had such a bad experience with the MA team member. They gave me wrong information for my birth control implant and the pharmacy billed me over a thousand dollars for that. They called and checked my coverage for the birth control contraception. Dr, Perry is under Tier 1, so the insurance representative advised them that the coverage is 100% paid by plan. However, they failed to mention that the contraceptive will be ordered from Accredo is Tier 2. As a patient, I did not aware that the implant was from Tier 2 and will not be covered if not reaching deductible. I’ve confirmed multiple times that this is 100% covered by my current plan because I’m not looking to pay for anything out of pocket. I did everything I could to verify and my due diligence with Dr. Perry’s office. I shouldn’t be held financially liable for Dr. Perry’s office failure to verify the Tier 1 vs Tier 2 and his incompetence staff that gave me inaccurate information.

I saw Dr. Perry for a gynecological problem. I was impressed by his bedside manner and the thoroughness of his examination. I left feeling confident that my problem would be resolved because of the level of care I received

I am a current patient of Dr. Perry. He is a phenomenal doctor. He has great bedside manner, very polite, and very professional. His office staff is great. You will not be disappointed. Very patient doctor....Truly cares for his patients not the money.

Very impersonal. No bedside manner. If you're looking for a doctor to spend quality time with you, and not act like you're wasting his time - I highly recommend you find a different doctor. I visited him once, and found a new doctor as soon as I left. I was 13 weeks pregnant, only saw 1 doctor at 5 weeks to confirm pregnancy & Dr. Perry did not do a scan, doppler, measurements, or ask me about any symptoms. They took my weight, blood pressure, and sent me on way.

Dr.Perry is the best doctor! Very clean office, professional and courteous staff, and minimal wait time. You will be treated as part of their own family. I will always use Dr.Perry and most definitely recommend to everyone else.
