The whole staff at Ocala I have been great. I have had a lot of testing done on my eyes because they found a couple problems. They wanted to find out the best way to treat them. Just yesterday I had cataract surgery on my left eye. I wish I would have had this done way sooner.. what I really like about it is that everything is in the house. When I needed some extra testing done. They have that specialist on staff. And he was great. Like I said the whole staff from the receptionist to the girls that check you out do all the testing to the doctor to the girls that check you out. Everything has always been done in a timely manner and very professional.

Dr. Polack is caring and polite. He has performed my cataract surgeries. I was amazed to have such clear vision right after my surgery. I feel very confident in his ability to explain my eye conditions and provide treatment for them. He follows up and will see you promptly for any issues that may arise. The office staff is efficient and well spoken. I’m thankful to have found such a caring physician and staff. I highly recommend Dr. Polack.

I feel that the patient load must be overwhelming. He was pleasant and informative, yet gave off a rushed feeling… not his fault but Ocala Eye’s for cramming as many patients as possible into the schedule. Sort of made me feel like a number at the Deli counter

While I was surprised by the size of the office and the numbers of customers, I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant all the staff was and how efficient the process was. Everyone was polite & professional. Dr Polack was wonderful. He even brought to my attention a condition I was not aware of and scheduled further testing to assure it wasn’t anything more serious as I already have Keratoconos.

This was my follow-up visit after cataract surgery which I am very pleased with. As always, Dr. Polack and the staff at Ocala Eye were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Polack has done an excellent job removing a calcium deposit from my eye! I have not had any further problem with it since. He’s an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone!
