Excellent experience! My son had to have surgery to drain an abscess in his nose. He took really good care of my child. The surgery was a success and my son is on his way to healing.

Review for Virginia Ear Nose and Throat (Dr Rigby personally no complaints) Big practice, you are only a number! BEWARE!!! I have raised 3 children (all older teenagers now), one child with a cleft palate. Well over 20 tubes between the 3, mostly my child with a cleft palate. (of which many had to be redone due to issues!) Along with 2 tonsillectomies and countless appointments... I figure the practice has received well into the $100,000's of dollars from our family. We have not been in several years, out of the blue, we received a collection letter for $57.64 ($85.10 with collection fees) for a visit in December 2015! 4 years ago! The health care system has gotten out of control! Something needs to be done! We will no longer go back to this practice in the future and I highly recommend staying away from these big firms who only care about $$$!

Dr. Rigby was friendly, and treated my son with patience. We did wait for over 45 minutes before being called back. And then I felt like our appointment was kind of rushed. Again very friendly, and got my son to participate and we are going to move forward in his treatment plan. Still waiting to get surgery scheduled.

Dr.Rigby did not resolve my issue the same way I went for medical attention I left with no help I had to get a second opinion next day which cost me more money a second copay which is not right
