Geode Health has a psychiatrist name Dr. Peter Soo, and he is my doctor and I was so happy with the appointment I had with him. I cannot wait until my next appointment and highly recommend him to anyone else needing help.

It was very frustrating at first, so I left a review. I was very surprised to get a call within a few hours from a gentleman who told me he would like to try to solve my problem. He told me someone from his staff would call me. I honestly thought that was the end of it. But then Heather called me and helped me make an appointment ASAP, with an in-network provider. I?m thrilled!!!! Then Heather called me back because she found a Dr that fit ALL my criteria! I was elated & so grateful!!! I saw the Dr yesterday & I think we have a good fit!! Thank you for the excellent customer service! I had so much aggravation with other providers I was beginning to wonder?!? Thanks Geode Health! I?m now very optimistic!!

Dr Soo is phenomenal. He is a great listener and has amazing recall about things related to me that are fairly small but significant to ME. I trust him because of this. It's the small things.

Would not recommend. He didn't seem knowledgeable about the meds he prescribed me and he would rush me out of his office after 5 minutes even though I was on time to the appointment and still had questions.

Felt like a money grab. Drug testing every month if you're on stimulants for ADHD, seriously? Didn't feel like the appointments were very helpful. Definitely not the right fit for me.

My regular doctor was out having a baby. I was a little worried because I've had my psychiatrist for years and we work well together due to the repor over time that was built. I was BEYOND please after my virtual visit with Dr. SOO! I felt completely comfortable with him instantly as he smiled and began to ask questions (very caringly) and was making an effort to connect. Even knowing that my doctor would be returning next month and we were only seeing eachother once maybe twice he strongly showed compassion and desire to understand where I was coming from. Fast forward to today and I am excited to say that his lasting positive impression has led me to make him my primary care provider. Best, Lindsay Miller
