I came to Medical City Dallas this Monday for a check up. Entire process of doctor visit took about 5 minutes and he went out and came back in this 5 minutes as well. I was very surprised. No question no control by the doctor, other than a couple of concerns I shared. He just scheduled another visit for next Monday. Since the check up was free, is this the way of a Medical City doctor to get more money by making another appointment and doing nothing for a check up? He didn’t say anything or explained why I need to get X-ray and just left me with worries about my health. It seems he was pretty busy to deal with a check up patients. I can’t believe that he didn’t even do knee-jerk reflex test. My wife came to the same hospital about a week ago and her regular check up took about 25-30 minutes. I am still waiting to see blood test result (has been more than 2 days) and will wait for a week to learn about the purpose and the result of X-ray. Very unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied.
