I am not rating dr creeps but his office competency I had a tele appointment with the doctor and it was nice to talk to him. on my first calI to his office i had asked them if my insurance will be accepted by the doctor and at the same time gave them the name of the insurance and it was confirmed by his office, the person I talked to ! now I was informed that I would have to pay the full amount of $377,25 since the doctor is out of network ! can they expect me to pay them. ??

Terrible Experience. Do not recommend
Telehealth
I had a really terrible experience with this provider. It was telehealth and they could not hear me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. The provider was holding up a magnifying glass to the screen to read the questions they were asking me. The appointment felt robotic, and I did not feel like the provider was listening or understood my concerns. I had to repeat my answer for almost every question and there was 30 seconds to a minute between every question that was asked. The provider then provided a prescription. I did not feel comfortable taking it after this poor experience. I recommend you look elsewhere for care

Would not recommend
I would not recommend this provider to others and will be finding someone else for my health care. I was eager to meet this doctor, but was very disappointed with my visit. I felt like I my concerns were not heard because I had to repeat myself many times and was misunderstood. It was discouraging and I left the appointment feeling sad. Maybe others have had a different experience but this was my experience.
