After 6 years, I have lost trust in Dr. Hardy. He tried to sell me hair restorer that his son was selling. There was no previous discussion of hair loss. I have a thick full head of hair!!! My mother was his patient. When I told him she died, he never looked up from his notes and replied “That’s too bad”. DONE!!!!!

In all my years of going to drs. Dr Hardy is one of the very few that shows real concern for my issues. He listens to me and he answers all my questions. He has helped me tremendously in the 2 years I have been his patient. He takes his time with me and his staff is also great. They're friendly and helpful. I am very happy and I feel well cared for under Dr Hardy's care.

I absolutely LOVE this Doctor!! He has done more for me in 3 months than any other doctor has done for me in years. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. I have a lot of health issues that other doctors either ignored or handed me medicine as a bandaid. He thoroughly explains everything to me and gives me different options. I wish I had found him years ago!!

It seems my previous reviews on other sites have somehow been removed. I will continue to post them even though I am no longer a patient of Dr Hardy’s. I was his patient from ‘14-‘19 and posted negative reviews in the first few months of ‘19 after several awkward and inappropriate visits to the LFM office. If you are a female patient, I would be extremely cautious in being left alone in a room with Dr Hardy. Several times in his office he would go to check breathing/lungs and would undo my bra which there is simply no medical need for. There was one time that I was in the office with a young student of his and him and even then he was completely inappropriate and kept telling me how beautiful I am and then hugged me mid-exam. The only reason I continued to go there was because at first it just seemed like, “Hmm, that’s odd but no big deal.” But after it occurred several times and became more and more apparent than Dr Hardy could barely contain himself, I stopped going to their office.

Been a patient for over a decade and for the most part getting or calling for refills medications is a nightmare told me they will say they call me back , never happen. The same with getting an appointment office personal is argumentative and sometimes rude, just run out on my medication and can even see him shame it use to be a great practice. Do not recommend this practice.

I was Diagnosed with corvid on jan 19, a week before I tried getting an appt. No availability. Mind u I am an established patient for years. I called again today n still I can't be seen not even a virtual visit. Still coughing n using an expired inhalant that helps with my breathing. Had blood work done in October you would think I will be called in to go over my lab work. Yeah right. Time to look for another Dr. I shouldn't be fighting to see my Dr. I am frustrated n i kno sometimes the Dr dont even know what's going on. The next available appt is March 3. WOW.

His approach at the first consultation gained my trust. The visit was relaxed and not rushed. He Takes the time to get to know you and encourages dialog for a better understanding of your medical needs. Then together you make a plan to overcome the obstacles that have a negative affect on your health. I have been a patient for a couple of years now and I am on track to a healthier, happier me. Thank you Dr Hardy. You are simply the best!

Too many problems with him, then I decided to see another doctor, now I feel a difference. His stuff was awful, and you have to wait a long time to see (not him), but most of the time other incompetent doctors that work for him waiting for you. Very upset of his office

His office had me do two appointments for my wellness check and charged for the second appointment which was for the lab results. I assume this two appointment practice is a scheme to get an extra office visit out of the patients and generate more money. Very deceitful practice and rude office manager, be cautious. How can you trust a doctor on diagnostics if he runs his practice this way?

Dr. Hardy and his staff are very friendly. They treat you with respect "like family". I have seen Dr. Hardy for over 4 years now. He is very knowledgeable. He was very accurate when he diagnosed me. The office went the extra mile to take care of my medical needs, my case was with a specific referral. I recommend this office.

Dr. Hardy used to have an amazing staff who were trustworthy and the doctor used to be great. Now, he's a wolf in sheep's clothing. He has misdiagnosed me with several conditions and prescribed medication that I didn't need because, again, I was misdiagnosed. I followed up with a different doctor and they did the proper procedures to diagnose the problem and they were astonished at what Dr. Hardy prescribed. He puts false notes in my reports and the office manager lies and argues. STAY AWAY!!!

After going through several doctors, I could not be happier that I met Dr Hardy yesterday. I can be a difficult patient, but I have not had a doctor who showed more compassion, understanding, and took the time to listen and explain things in detail. He never rushed me, clearly knew his stuff, and has a "bedside manner" that is second to none. If you happen to live in the East Orlando area and are looking for a new primary care physician, then this is your guy. His staff was equally as great!

Dr Hardy is personable, asks good ? & I never feel rushed. He is open to listening. The reason I don't give a 5 is prescriptions 50% of the time w/prescriptions there's an error. 1 mo ago I was given a nose spray & specifically emphasized send it to the mail order. It was sent the wrong place, came back to them & cancelled, I never got a call. I took a daily generic med, 3 x they called in the brand name. Finally I just switched b/c I ran out & was done w/trying. Triple check up on them.

Dr. Hardy does not follow parameters he has set. Too many problems with him. Finally decided after being a long time patient the issues are too many to be worth it any longer. Some of his staff can be extremely rude and argumentative at times. The staff can only be as good as the doctor.
