Dr. Philip Hellreich, MD

He was very overbooked when I arrived. I got to the office 15min before my appt time. I watched the doctor walk into the reception area still wearing his gloves. He handled some paperwork still wearing the gloves. 45min later they had me sitting in a storage room as I waited for an opening into a suite. While in there I watched him go into his office still wearing the gloves. Then he moved to another room beside the storage area, still wearing the same gloves. Shortly after he went into one of the patient suites. Absolutely disgusting. He's a dermatologist yet he walked around with those cootie gloves, room after room, without changing.The waiting room was packed. One patient was sitting there with a back scratcher which he used to scratch his back, then he removed his slippers and scratched the bottom of his feet with the scratcher. THEN he shook the thing off next to me and other patients.Go anywhere else!

He was recommended by a friend Very responsive private clinic. A bit old school but it's the doctor that matters. Best treatment plan I got after seeing 4 different doctors. Good bedside manners and good listener. Of course on a busy day you feel little rushed but it is what it is He shows he has experience with many illnesses. Other doctors knows him. Best Doctor awards all over his clinic wall. If you ask me is he good doctor, I would say "Hell-Reich, Yeah!'.

Dr. Hellreich was my dermatologist for years, and I didn’t know just how burned out he had gotten and how bad his staff had been worn down since the beginning. I found that the care, the staff, and the interest in my skin conditions were completely gone in recent visits. Years ago when I started with him, the care was better. Not amazing, but better. I believe it’s time for good old Doctor Hellreich to retire. D+

My 13 yr. old went to see Dr. Hellreich for acne issues. He was very thorough, personable and really put my son at ease with the care plan he provided. The office staff are awesome as well! Would highly recommend.

Thorough and knowledgeable. Accurately identified and treated four skin cancers. Some people don't like him because he lectures them about staying out of the sun. Well I never met a dermatologist who didn't do that. He is a very sincere man, we have a wonderful rapport after 3-5 visits per year for 5 years now... I will only change dermatologists when he retires.
