Very Knowledgeable Diagnostician
Care, personnel service, cooperation, and a staff that takes great care of the operations. The nurses are exceptional in attentiveness to your problem and delve enough into it to get an excellent, concerned report for your visit with Dr. Labarbera. He has served my family well. He likes to see you make an office visit when needed and sometimes prescribes some tier 3, 4, or 5 medicines, which, as you know, may be a high cost depending on your insurance, which is a whole different subject. He and I got my diabetes under a remission condition, which I worked hard at with his direction. I appreciate and recommend his care.

I have nothing good to say about this Doctor. He doesn't seem to care and us not compassionate. The manager is extremely rude and talks to patients about other patients.

The absolute worst physician I have ever encountered in the hospital setting. His “bed-side manner” was simply atrocious . No compassion or respect for the terminally I’ll or their family. I have worked in healthcare over 30 years, I have NEVER seen anything like it. Nacogdoches can do without this vermin. If I had the option to leave zero stars, I would.

Dr. LaBarbera has been my mother's doctor for about 30 years. Don't go to this doctor; he's rude and unconcerned of anyone's health issues. He botched her colonoscopy and he had another doctor perform the colonoscopy. Their office has refused to give the medical records to her current internal medicine doctor now that we have moved, so we went to Dr. LaBarbera's office manager (Grace) and they refuse to give my mother the records directly saying she never received a consent of release and now no longer has the file 1 year later. I spoke his office manager, Grace, directly and she will not give us the records. We are requesting them for my mothers health and to get approval for another colonoscopy, however, due to the non-release of the records, we know they fear some suit, which we did not plan to file, so we will have to now file complaints against them for not releasing the records.

The doctor is ok. It is his office manager (Grace) who is really rude and tasteless and the reason I’ve had to find another doctor after more than 30 years.
