Dr. Napolitan is one of the worst Hospitalist I have ever seen. He does not listen to his patients at all. When you ask a question, he sends the message through the nurse if it is not something he wants to tell the patient. He lacks the knowledge needed to treat uncommon illnesses and is not willing to listen to information provided by patient when he is clueless. He really needs more education before practicing medicine.
