Gave me my life back
I made the mistake of opening a work comp injury after a car accident while on the job. What ensued was a 10 year battle for treatment. Many surgeons said they couldn't help me. Dr Orisek reviewed my films with me in detail. I actually understood what was going on with my back and neck. He proposed treatment for my neck with what was a fairly new treatment at the time. He had to fight for my two-level disc replacement. He was interviewed/deposed by two attorneys (work comp and personal injury) and these guys were completely impressed. Dr Orisek kind of danced circles around them but it was because he was so solid in the science. Some months later he similarly won a two-level lumbar fusion for me. The neck surgery instantly resolved the pain and numbness that went down into my hands. He preserved movement in my neck when all my other vertebrae had already fused from disc loss. I can turn my head and drive safely thanks to Dr Orisek. It's a similar story in my back. His staff is good too

Talented Hands Restoring Life!
I Met this incredibly talented doctor in 2004 through another doctor. Found Myself in his office in 2018 & scheduled my 1st. surgery with him arthroscopic Fusion L4-5-S1 in Jan. 2020, ! My 2020 Surgery had a stellar outcome and recovery time was pretty quick. It was incredible & a Blessing! The pain I endure at from the low back is pretty severe. After experiencing the Blessings from the 1st. surgery, I Wanted him to look at my most recent injury from 6/2019 (Neck2Hand) And if he could help. So I Scheduled a Disc replacement in my neck @ C6-7. The procedure again went extremely well considering I had multiple sources contributing to the pain I was experiencing. He succeeded in relieving me of the pain symptomatic to that location in the neck! I have 1 or 2 surgeries still left to reduce my pain levels to a more manageable state. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR YOUR ORTHOPEDIC PAIN RESOLUTIONS. Back Surgery Fear? "Lose The Fear = Lose The Pain"! BLESSED!

Very Knowledgeable in Spinal surgery.
Dr. Orisek has done two different back surgeries for me. Both very successful. I live in Reno and travel to Folsom, he is that good. Explains exactly what the procedure is that he will be doing. Though he does have a dry sense of humor he is very caring. I had my last back surgery in January and now can do things I have not been able to do in 10 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Orisek . He gave me my life back!

Dr Orisek is an awesome surgeon, did surgery for my left and right SI joints eliminated my sciatic pain A little early to tell but no back, pelvic, or groin pain, gone. This man is incredible, I have my life back. I would very highly recommend him.

In the past 4 years I have had the misfortune of two failed cervical spinal fusions by other doctors, I had been told that my very painful condition might be inoperable. Dr Orisek reviewed my MRI and CT and immediately identified the problem and recommended minimally invasive surgery to correct the failed fusions. I felt better immediately after the surgery and continue to improve everyday. Dr. Orisek literally saved my life. His office staff is wonderful and a joy to work with.

My GP recommended Dr. Philip Orisek for my back problems. I went to see Dr. Orisek and it was determined that I had spinal stenosis in L3 to L5. I chose to have the recommended surgery. I am 3 plus months since surgery and want to say I had forgotten what life was like without back pain. Dr. Orisek is an incredible Surgeon! His entire staff is compasionate and caring about your well being. Thank you Dr. Orisek, P.A. Phil Lanum and the entire office staff for such excellent care.
