I saw the Doctor when I was in Billings, having traveled from Lewistown for an appointment. I am STILL steaming after 3 weeks so decided I am writing a review, which I'm sure will be ignored just like I was. I have Mast Cell disease which was diagnosed 2 years ago here in Lewistown via a skin biopsy. What happened at Tallman's office was inexcusable because I was totally blown off by the Doctor who saw me concerning this disease. First of all I was DIAGNOSED here in Lewistown a couple of years ago with this rare form of Mast Cell Disease that I have called Telangietasia Macularis Eruptiva Perstans. The Doctor barely looked me over, even after recently having a horrible flare - and he tells me, "I think all of this has more to do with your anxiety, than anything else." I am livid - I repeat, I was DIAGNOSED with Mast Cell Disease per a skin biopsy NOT anxiety. I am SO DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER go back to this bunch again!!!

Dr. Tallman spent literally less than ONE minute with me. He completely blew off my concerns with my skin. I was in and out of his office in no time. I am so disappointed.

I would personally like to thank Peter Bulley PA-C for excellent service! I've been going crazy trying to get something to help with my eczema for over three years. I saw two different dermatologists at Billings Clinic and neither of them were very helpful. After waiting months to get an appointment with the first dermatologist the medication and advice given only provided temporary relief. The itching was still constant. I then waited another month or so to get a second appointment. The only change this time around was they prescribed and ointment instead of a cream of the same medication prescribed to me previously. I followed all the recommended changes used the medicine as directed and still no relief. It got so bad I called them a few times to see if they could please give me something else because I was desperate and miserable from the constant itching. They informed me that there was nothing else they could do for me because I was on the highest medication available.

Nothing necessarily wrong with my treatment, just problems with the billing office. Called multiple times to pay a $24 Bill and never got a call back. They ended sending my small bill to collections instead of allowing me to pay my bill over the phone and it was taken care of right away. Now, a year later, I have a flare up of Psoriasis and they refuse to treat me until I talk to the financial office. I have called four times in two days and still no answer nor phone call back. I call and get a

PA Peter Bulley is excellent; he has a has an outstanding bedside manner and spent adequate time with me on my appointment. I saw Dr. Tallman a year later and unfortunately he easy the polar opposite. He could learn a great deal from his PA.

I arrived on time for my appointment and waited in the waiting room for 45 mins before I was taken into an exam room. Once in the exam room I waited an additional 15 minutes before being seen by Dr. Tallman. Dr. Tallman spent approximately 10 mins completing my exam. I was told by his nurse that I would receive a call within 1 week, however did not receive a call for 3 weeks. I was charged over $300 for the office visit, despite only being seen for a total of 10 mins.

Dr. Tallman knows almost nothing on how to help patients with acne. Not to mention, he talked down to me the entire time like I was an idiot or something (And I'm a quiet young woman!!). It made me really uncomfortable, like he's laughing at me or something. I have an embarrassing problem and this is how he's talking to me? Unfortunately, I've seen him probably 6-8 times and every single time I come home with a new complaint! So many complaints, not enough room to write it!
