Arrived a little early to fill out paperwork and waited about 10 minutes before going to pre-procedure area. Deanna was pleasant and reassuring. Amy and Melanie professional and pleasant. Dr. Jenkins was skilled and got me out quickly. Thanks to everyone.

I had heard a lot of good things about Dr Jenkins and when I found myself in a place where I needed a physician with his experience I didn’t hesitate. Dr Jenkins makes you a priority he takes his time.

Dr. Jenkins was prompt and on time for my visit. He spent close to an hour with me and never once appeared hurried. He remembered everything about our previous visits and was very thorough in my care. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Jenkins was excellent!! Has excellent bed side manner, very compassionate, took his time and listened to everything I had to tell him regarding my issues. His staff was absolutely helpful and checked on me to make sure everything was ok. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the time of my office visit I had a great experience. My Mother likes Dr. Jenkins, but the staff does not return calls for days, it is very frustrating. She had a procedure and was having complications and called several times over a 2 day period and no one would call her back .

My experience with Dr. Jenkins was exceptional. He is carrying and treats you like a close friend or relative. His bedside manner makes you feel like you are more than a number. He cares deeply about his patients. He is Very calm and professional.

The staff are so nice on the phone and I know these type of doctors book fast and for my issue I asked for waitlist and they added me and I was called so quick to get in... Thank you Dr. Jenkins for fitting me in your busy schedule and for listening to my concerns! I have put them off for so long and needed them addressed.

Dr. Jenkins went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. I know specialty doctors book quickly so they offered waitlist and the next day I was called! I just couldn't believe it... The front desk were so kind and listened to my issues since I am older and it was nice to have someone listen to me and be so understanding and kind. I appreciate them adding me to the waitlist and know with busy offices they still care for us elderly patients. Thank you Dr. Jenkins.

I was a new pt to the practice they booked me out 2 months later but added me on the waitlist and i got in that week. That front staff is amazing. They are the only Dr office that i know of that works that waitlist. I am so pleased with this office and Dr Jenkins was so nice and caring.

Dr Jenkins and his entire staff were so nice and accommodating, I felt like family the entire time I was there. They were very caring was made me feel taken care of and that my needs were met. I had a great experience with the doctor but one of the you g ladies that answered the phone when I called to check on my appt that has been scheduled for 5 months told me she could put me on a waitlist. I was upset of course because the waitlist is almost 3-4 months long but never cursed or yelled, yes my tone changed. God forbid, then I got a lecture to nit take it out on her. Wow young lady are you in customer service or in the business of further aggravating patients. I just don’t understand this new culture we are living in they can’t take or maybe understand a persons being frustrated about a situation like this. Like I said a great doctor but if you can’t get in what does that matter. The doctor told Me when to make the appointment and I made it that day.

Dr. Jenkins is a very well mannered and is front desk staff is very polite.
