New Patient
During my first visit with Dr. Timmons, he was very attentive and listened to my concerns. We discussed my overall health and the things that I could do to help my kidney function. He really alleviated my fear of going to the doctor and 'white coat' syndrome, where my blood pressure rises. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Timmons for all you do!

First Visit
I am always a bit nervous at a first visit with a doctor. Dr. Timmons was friendly, down to earth, and listened to all I had to say. I could tell he was familiar with an autoimmune disease I have in relation to kidney function and that meant a lot to me, as it is a rather rare condition.

I have been a patient with Wake Nephrology for over 20 years. When I first started going there I had another great doctor. However, I was on dialysis and was seen by all of the doctors at one time or more. When mine retired I went with Dr. Timmons. I LOVE him. He listens to your concerns and gives you honest recommendations. He is not an extremist when it comes to ordering labs, x-rays, etc.; unless of course, you need them. He is a kind and compassionate physician. I would recommend him!!!
