Be VERY careful if given a prescription!!!
This dr. has seen me since 2022 so it wasn't my first rodeo with him. In general he is good - not clueless or arrogant like so many doctors. He tends to listen (but not always...watch it) & doesn't do stupid treatments. I'm writing to caution those who have a surgery done by him, like I recently did. Although things seem to be mostly ok post-op, he prescribed meds that were WAY too strong even though they were on my chart as needing to be taken in small doses. He gave me ones that were TWICE as high (10mg instead of 5mg). Within 1 and a half days after surgery I was so nauseated I thought I was going to throw up from the meds so I stopped taking them. Could hardly eat for a couple days. Turns out he said he had told me in the recovery room right after surgery to only take half a pill! I told him you can't expect someone who just woke up from anesthesia to be lucid enough & he needs to tell their caregiver but he seemed unconcerned. Just be aware of this & watch your meds!

Dr. Le is very knowledgeable and professionalism!
Dr. Le explained me patiently and clearly step by step what he was going to do to provide me with the best of care. My questions were answered in a satisfactory manner by Dr. Le and He was very understanding while practicing surgery on my left foot. I am very thankful to Dr. Le for all he has done for me for helping me when I was on pain when I most needed it! For the great health care and treatment I received from Dr. Le I will definitely recommend Dr. Le.

Great surgeon, very professional
Dr. Le operated on my large toe and a bone spure, on my heal, at the same time. I had no problems, and everything went smoothly. Doctor visits were very quick, almost in and out. Staff if friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Understanding and Trustworthy Podiatrist
I was given the opportunity to intern under Dr. Le. While I was not an actual patient of his, he is a doctor who genuinely tries his best to offer the best solutions that the patient is also comfortable with. He cares about patient's well-being and makes sure he is updated on their current condition before each consult. The medical staff are very quick to room patients when rooms are available and ensure Dr. Le knows of any specific concerns or questions. If I am ever in the area (and my insurance covers it), I would see Dr. Le for any future foot and ankle problems.

Ankle replacement
This is a Dr. That loves what he does! I vetted Dr.Le and I find that he is an extremely professional person and easy to talk to. After researching him and talking to him, I was very confident in his ability to do the surgery. I'm so glad, because I couldn't be happier with my ankle replacement. Very impressed. Thankyou Dr. Le phong!

Never submitted a pre-auth, never returned calls
I would give this Dr and his office zero stars if I could. I saw him in Dec 2022 for a second opinion. He wanted an MRI and some nerve testing. They have never submitted the pre-auth, it's 9 weeks later. I have called many, many times and gotten the same "we use a third party pre auth provider", claims by Ashley at the front desk that she would escalate and call me back - never happened. Left many voicemails for the third party company - no calls back. Eventually called my insurance, they tried to contact the doctor, the third party as well. They never heard back either, and advised me to see out another doctor.

Dr. Le performed a total ankle replacement about 2 years ago. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I'm generally a very skeptical guy, but Dr. Le has proven to me that he is a very skilled and caring surgeon. For me, the results are amazing. I broke my ankle about 40 years ago, and have had several minor surgeries to keep it going. In the past few years, with the constant pain, swelling, and restricted activities, I was facing a joint fusion surgery. This would have limited my ankle mobility significantly. Then I met with Dr. Le. He suggested a joint replacement might provide a better alternative...and he was right. Although he doesn't recommend that I run or play basketball, I can now be mobile and active without pain or swelling. I ride my mountain bike, walk, and live an active daily life with full mobility. If you are facing an ankle surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Le. He will discuss your options, and tell you if you're a good candidate for ankle joint replacement.

Doctor Le is an excellent doctor! He treated me with kindness, and respect. He informs me about my care and treatment in layman's terms, which I greatly appreciate. He gave me great advise, and listened patiently to what I had to say concerning my condition. I commend him for his kindness toward me and my wife

I've known Dr. Phong Le for almost five years. Both times I have seen him I had pretty bad injuries. My most recent visit was for a displaced fracture and ruptured lateral tendons in the ankle. I was so happy to have him as a doctor again. He is a doctor that actually cares about his patients I feel like family there by him and his staff. They are fabulous people with exceptional service. You can tell they all care. I was very nervous to have surgery because I have a 3 yr old daughter that had to have eye surgery and a husband with a head injury and I also take care of my father in law whom has severe Alzheimer's. When I found out I had to have surgery I was like " no way" I have too many responsibilities , after all I had to be non weight bearing for two months but after he explained that it would be a faster recovery time and safer for my body versus being in a non weight bearing cast for 6+ months I felt assured that I was in good hands. He's a complete gentleman and I'm so blessed

After breaking my heel, i was skeptical of anyone but a orthopedic surgeon to fix my foot. But i was so wrong! Dr. Phong Le is an amazing doctor, he spends the necessary time explaining and answering any questions may be. I had zero complications with my surgery and healed faster then the average person with a broken calcaneus and i really do believe it is because of him!

Dr. Le always treated me with dignity and with respect he always listened to my concerns Before making any recommendations. Unfortunately we have moved out of the area to Nevada so I will not be able to see Dr. Le anymore this saddens me greatly

I simply wish to say it’s clearly evident Dr. Le has a great deal of medical and surgical experience. He is very kind, will answer all your questions and he will explain the details of your pending procedure. After having healed very well in a relatively short period of time, I am completely at ease with having him perform the same surgery on my other foot. I’d like to add that his surgical team were extremely professional which left me in a very relaxed and assured state.

Dr. Le is a wonderful person! He is a very skilled doctor and a great communicator. He enters a room with a smile and asks how you are? He is a truly genuine person that wants to help people. By the end of the visit you know exactly where you stand (updated diagnosis, therapies needed...). Anybody who needs help with there feet should go to Dr. Le! Once again, Dr. Le is very skilled doctor and he loves his patients.

Dr. Le ?? is an EXCELLENT surgeon!! I'm ?? a referee and run up to 8 games a day. I developed bunions 7 years ago.?? I went to Dr. Le last summer?? to correct the bunion by replacing the damaged bone with one from my heel. He also scraped the arthritis from the joints.?? I healed fast and back to work (running) in 4 mths. I just got released to go back to work after having my other foot fixed ??

I have been a patient of Dr. Le's since early 2013. He has the best attitude, is kind, and really listens. He has treated me for several conditions with my feet, and especially one that Kaiser just kept passing over. I can not say enough good things about this man. He explains to me the way the foot works and helps me to feel good about the decisions that need to be made about my foot care. I NEVER leave feeling I didnt get my questons answered or that he doesnt care about my well-being.
