The staff was very unprofessional I just wrote a long review but it wouldn't except it. Telling you how and why I believe this but let me say that lady Michelle who takes the phone calls is rude and acts as if you owe her something. Let just say we had words when I could no longer take her rudeness and she tried to buck up and ask me who I was and my DOB but I was already passed being nice after she told me that "Dr. Banuelos was on vacation and no none of the other doctors would see or help me

Informed office staff that spouse had head injury and needed urgent appt. it took over 2 weeks to be seen. We waited because she trusts him, but unsure about staff.
