Dr. Pooja Garg Is An Absolutely Awesome MD Eye Ophthalmologist!!! I feel blessed in having found her practice at the Broward Medical Specialty Center in Coconut Creek, FL. Dr. Garg takes the time to explain & review all the results of the eye exam in brilliant, insightful, & simple language so clear that a 5 yr. old would understand, while at the same time providing visual illustrations that capture current eye conditions, while giving insights and probabilities of how those current eye conditions may evolve over time and the best options to treat any anticipated outcome. And with all this, Dr. Garg's personality is simply the best, filled with humor and positivity making one feel as comfortable as if being with their best high school friend. Professionalism and friendliness radiates from her being, and is spread throughout her surrounding staff that shows they absolutely adore her. If I could give Dr. Pooja Garg 10 Stars instead of 5 Stars, I Definitely Would! Thank You Dr. Garg!! :)

In September 2022, I was diagnosed with a detached retina requiring emergency surgery. My ophthalmologist recommended Dr Pooja Garg. Everything happened so quickly, and it was my good fortune to be in Dr Garg’s care. She presented all the pertinent information regarding the surgery giving me confidence and comfort for what initially was a scary procedure. Dr Garg has followed up with very thorough post-op visits and care. I am fortunate to have had this very skilled surgeon perform this surgery resulting in a successful outcome. And on top of all this she is delightful to work with!!

Dr. Garg is a delight to spend time with. She is very personable and authentic, and very pragmatic with treatment, not unnecessarily overtreating. She is clearly extremely bright and dedicated to her craft. I feel very comfortable in her care.

Dr. Garg gave me confidence that my problem could be manage. The treatment, although scary, was handled in a way that me comfortable and not frightened. She is quick and sneaky. I did not see the needle coming. The eye was treated so I did not feel the needle treatment. This treatment can take several months she explained. I am confident the results will be positive.

Dr. Garg is very thorough in diagnosing your problem. She explains things in lay language and answers questions in terms one can understand. She is thorough, caring and establishes a good relationship with her patient.

Dr Pooja Garg is amazing. She is knowledge, professional and she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr Garg has been taking care of our mom for her Macular edema eye issues and injections and the process has been painless and quick. We are very happy to have found such a caring helpful doctor for our mom.
