Every appointment that I’ve had with Dr. Patel left me feeling unheard or dumb. I had some concerns about my medication and had a lot of questions for her. Every time I asked questions, I felt like she answered them rudely and gave an unnecessary attitude. I will be finding a new doctor ASAP. She has zero compassion for patients with such a serious condition such as epilepsy.

Does not care ! Just give you pills presc. ! Very expensive and definitely not worth it , i pay to visit a doctor, not to get a prescription from a nurse practitioner but that’s all I’ve got in years . Finally got tired and looking for a new doctor that DOES the job .

Same here, no diagnosis just some pills to take when you get some stabbing pain- waste of time and still don't know if there's anything wrong having had multiple concussions.

Dr. Patel no
I would not suggest this Doctor unless you like to be totally ignored by staff and are willing to wait 2-3 months for an appt. of established patient of 4 years

Dr. Patel is a nice doctor but I have had a lot of problems trying to get my migraine medication. She changed my medication January 20, 2021 and had informed me it would need prior authorization. So you would think that the doctor knowing that, would immediately get working on that request from the insurance. I still havent gotten the medication and it is April 13, 2021. I have called the Boca Regional hospital at the prior authorization department and talked to one of the superiors there a million times trying to get this worked out. I have called her dr. Patel's nurse, Jackie, about another million times and nobody has come with a solution to my LACK of migraine medication. I even left a lot of voicemessages to both nurse Jackie and the prior authorization department and no return back. I suffer from severe migraines and I have no medication since January. This is absurd to me that nobody has helped me to get this medication yet.

Dr. Patel ordered a brain MRI which I had a week ago. A day later, the results were sent to her office. I've left three messages and still haven't heard back from her office with the MRI results! Thank goodness I had the results shared with my internist who gave me the report. Very disappointing patient service. I will not be returning.
