Dr. Pooja Ummalaneni, OD

I had appointment with Dr.Pooja Ummalaneni on 9/2/2021, she sent me 3 exam orders: cervical Pap smear with pelvic; X-ray for chest pain and H. Pylori (Helicobacter Pylori) Breath test for stomach pain. She told me the image center will call me to schedule appointment for the X-ray and H. Pylori test. After two weeks, I still did not get call for my exam and test schedule. I sent her a message on 9/17, she called me on 9/21 in the evening, and she was very rude to yell at me:”It is not my responsibility that you have not scheduled these exams!” I try to make appointment with Dr. Bryan Strickland at an office at another location to follow up on my tests, then I found out that I was dismissed from both offices and all doctors associated with Montgomery Primary Medicine Associates! I sent message to the practice manager Amanda Breshears to ask why? She has ignored! I was abandoned in the middle of treatment and not allowed to see other doctors at another office to follow up treatment!

Last visit with her office was via telephone for our wellness check. Went very well and covered everything. She has already sent documents and tests.

I immediately felt that I had made a good choice when first meeting with Dr. Ummalaneni. She is very easy to talk to and a very good listener. She answered all my questions and reviewed my records and symptoms throughly. I feel very confident and at ease in placing my health needs in her capable hands. Her staff is very efficient, polite, friendly, and skilled as well. Overall, a very good experience for me.

I would recommend Dr. Ummalaneni. She is professional, personable, and thorough. Her staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful!

Dr. Ummalaneni is a great physician who is very thorough with a calm demeanor. I have a very good experience and feel comfortable talking with her.

I love Dr Neni. She cares about her patients and is concerned about their well being.

All persons I contacted had smiles on their faces,. were extremely polite, readily gave me advice and anxious to help me resolve my problems. Nurse Lashanda went way out of her way to insure that I received my Covid-19 shot and my medications and refills were as they should be.

Expected a call from her about test results

Very little wait time. Meeting with Dr. Ummalaneni was cordial and issues discussed. Was satisfied with results.

Good and attentive to my concerns. Out of 8 a 7.

I just love her. She listens to your concerns & explains your health issues to you. When you leave after seeing her, you feel knowledgeable & in control of your health.

Everyone was professional my visit was a success

She listens to your health issues and gets right to the matter and tries to figure it out or sends you to right specialist for it.

Dr. Leni was kind, patient, listened to my issues, gave a complete first exam, was very competent and immediately made follow-up appointments for tests and procedures I needed.

She was very helpful and listened to my concerns!

Dr Ummalaneni was very professional yet also very easy to talk to. She seemed genuinly interested in my welfare. I trust her medical judgement. What is difficult to accept is the length of time it now takes to see any physician, I guess due to the Covid 19 backlog. I had to wait another week for additional tests, and now 4 nore weeks to see my doctor again. Hopefully my pain will not increase over this time.
