Dr. Poonam Warman, MD

I have had Dr Warman for the past few years now. At first she comes across very caring and intentive to her patients but as time goes on, you begin to realize she doesn’t seem to care at all!! Her office is continuously going through help, so there is someone different every time you go to see her. The billing is all messed up, being charged for things my insurance has already paid. The wait time is at least 1 to 2 hours every single appointment! Trying to get your medicine every month is liking pulling teeth! And She is constantly trying to order test YOU DONT NEED!! I think she is NOT a very good doctor at all! If you have any type of serious problems, I would not recommend Dr Warman.

She takes her time with her patients & she actually examines them, unlike most Drs. In Ocala

Dr Warman does come across at first as a caring doctor but after multiple visits, you start realizing she really doesn’t care about her patients at all. The wait time before seeing her is a good hour or longer, then she finally comes in and seems like she doesn’t pay any mind to what you are saying, makes you feel like she does not care! She constantly is ordering tests that are unnecessary and costly to the patient! Her staff always appears to be confused as to what to do , perhaps it’s due to always having new staff every 3 months! If you need a compassionate, caring , respectful Doctor who has a good staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR WARMAN!

I gave her 1 star only because there are no minus stars! Awful, she seems wonderful at first. It took 2 years and 75 calls and never received my CPAP. I finally left the “practice “(which is all it is) and another Doctor had my machine in less than two weeks. I was going to turn her in to AMA but just wanted her out of my memory and the misery she put me through! Find a REAL Dr.!!!

I am honored to have Dr Warman as my physician. She has always been extremely efficient in my treatment. Her services to our local hospitals are exemplary! I have shown up in her office without scheduled appointments being extremely ill not only did she see me she followed up by phone calls. She spends quality time examining and I trust her with my life! If I had to give her a score it would be ??! I will continue to send her referrals! Outstanding Doctor- Much Respect Dane

Dr. Warman is very incompetent as a physician. I have waited over 6 months to get a refund from my deductible. I have requested copies of my medical records to be sent to other Physicians and her staff cannot account for them. She is put both myself and my wife through hell by giving excuses instead of accessing the records. If I had to rate her from a scale from 1 to 10 I would give her minus one.

Dr. Warman is very disorganized. She asked me why I came in when she is the one who wanted me to come back in a month. She takes advantage of medicare by have unnecessary test and appointments. Allergy testing and CT scans is all she wants to do. Her receptionist doesn't know how to do her job. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I doubt her abilities highly. If you have pulmonary issue you can rely on your gut feeling but NOT HER. She can't even read scans, we are suffering a lot because of her negligence.

I came to see Dr. Warman to help me with multiple medical issues. I brought some medical papers with me because I did not know how to handle it all. She was really great! She spent time with me to go over my medical history and listen to my worries. She examined me and told me what to do. She even helped me organize my medical papers so I can keep track of my health. I later called regarding one of my presriptions and she immediately responded. Thank you Dr. Warman!

I took my mother to her APPOINTMENT with Dr. Warman today, we were about 20minutes early to the appointment. Dr. Warman told us she had to "run somewhere" for about 20 minutes but would be "right back " . I thought it was rather strange but since we were early we said no problem. After waiting for her to return for an hour and a half we decided to leave! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! The office staff didn't seem phased at all which leads me to believe this is common practice for this facility.

If you have a pulmonary issue that needs to be taken care of immediately. Please find another Pulmonology physcian. Her office has no idea of what they are doing.

Dr.Warman is not a good doctor,My brother was in the hospital and his privates was swell up bad we asked her to look at it and she walked out of the room.After a few minutes I asked the nurse what Dr Warman said to do for my brother and she said that Dr Warman never said anything to her she didn't even see her.She left him to die.The nurse did a ultra sound and they had to hurry and cut him open. And when he was in rehab before that all the nurses tryed to get us to get a new Dr

I am very partial to the way the Doctor practices medicine. She spends quality time with each patient listening and discussing concerns. She is straight forward which I value.

Doctor frequently changes staff (every 1-3 months), staff struggle to help patients as the doctor is uncooperative. Doctor forgets medical conditions, prescribes conflicting medications, leaves patients waiting for over an hour in the room, blames staff for delays while playing on her phone. Out-right refused to do charts and answer patient messages. Belittles and berates staff in front of patients, etc. I personally have sat in the office for two hours waiting for an appointment repeatedly.
