Nobody Answers the Phone!
I would give Dr. Simlote and his nurse practitioner, Stephanie, 6 stars if I could, but his office staff ruins everything. It's not that they aren't nice enough when you are in the office (most of them, anyway), but it's very, very, very difficult to make an appointment or request prescription refills, because NOBODY answers the phone. I really want to continue going to Dr. S and Stephanie, but if I'm not in the office, I can't get anyone to talk to me. One time, I DID get through, but the person did not relay the message that I was running out of my prescription, anyway. I have no idea why this office even has phones. At least, please, provide us with an email address where we can request prescription refills and appointments or ask questions! We sure can't expect anyone to answer the phone!

Hideous
You have to call and call to get through leave endless messages for nobody to return your call. Then come in for visit medications do not get sent have to start the calling over & over again just to get what was suppose to be sent the first time !!!

I was referred by another doctor who thought I might have had an allergic reaction. It turns out it was not allergies, but Dr. Simlote was so kind, caring and patient, I almost wish it was! He spent a long time with me discussing and educating me on what may be the problem and referred me to the right doctor. He is professional, honest and intelligent and I appreciated that he did not run a lot of expensive tests just to 'rule things out'. I highly recommend him!
