HORRIBLE!! PLEASE RETIRE & CLOSE OFFICE!!!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! For the last THREE YEARS the office staff, Bri and Maggie, have never sent any orders or referrals to the home care provider for my supplies for my machine. I have to follow up over and over again and as a patient you should NEVER have to follow up this many times for an office to fax something for your supplies. I got a new doctor thankfully. The most frustrating experience with this office staff. They are HORRIBLE!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Dr Sethi has also been rude to both my husband and myself numerous times. Degrading comments. Needs to RETIRE!!!

Bad bedside manner !! once he saw me physically upset over this issue he became compassionate towards my situation. Very short and blunt would appreciate jf he didn't demand an answer and actually listened to me. It's a shame bc he's a good Dr .
