Dr. Patel is wonderful. He is a very straightforward doctor. He cares about his patients and is always available if they need to be seen. I have never had to wait very long to see him. I can not say enough good things about him. He is truly the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure to enter act with.

Dr. Patel answers his own phone many times, gets my kids in the same day if there is an immediate health concern that doesn't need the ER, and the wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. The entire office is so pleasant. Dr. Patel truly cares about his patients, is very knowledgeable, and is great at diagnosing and easing my concerns, as a parent. I wish he could teach other doctors how to more effective run their practices and treat their customers!

He is definitely not like most doctors! He answers the phone and makes time for patients and parents. He is honest and straightforward. I love him and all 3 of my children love him too, even when he is giving them vaccinations!

VERY GOOD doctor! Highly recommended. Very straight forward, to the point and honest. Personally calls you back to answer questions and gets you in no matter how busy he is. No matter what he says, I trust him to the fullest.

What a terrible, horrible doctor! My niece was abandoned to my sister and when my sister tried to get her up to date on shots, Dr. Patel refused to see her because of her neglectful parents - even after being explained the situation that her parents are on heroin and locked her in a dark room for the first two years of her life! They stated over the phone that she has only had one vaccine since birth and she will be 3 in December, yet they will not help. I am disgusted by this sad excuse!

It has been a fantastic journey with Dr Patel.Last week my child had the last appointment with him as graduation was done and off to college.When my child cried in his office and told me that Dr Patel will be missed.He had been mine and lots of my friends pediatrician for last 18 years.Very caring person by heart.Down to earth .Getting these comments from my child tells all the story.

My son has seen Dr. Patel since he was born. He is very intelligent and to the point. Dr. Patel is one of the last doctors that still answer their own phone. He is very efficient yet doesn't take away from the level of care. He is top notch!

My child was a patient of his and he always treated her poorly. When I tried to make her next appointment he refused to see her because I had taken her to Columbus to see specialist for her other conditions. Mind you, she had been transferred from a local hospital to nationwide children's so it's not like I even had a choice! He has horrible bed side manner and always made my child cry!

I tried to switch my 14 month old son to dr. Patel today due to his current doctor getting ready to retire I was asked what insurance my baby had I replied Coventry care which is listed as accepted insurance at that comment the man very rudely loudly snapped that they don't take the medical card I will warm everyone I know in any tax bracket away from these mean people
