Zero to Surgery
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Reddy and feel compelled to warn others. He seemed rushed during my appointment and moves between offices in the area, which felt impersonal. He told me I needed immediate surgery or I would face paralysis, but his arrogance and unwillingness to answer my questions left me uneasy. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion, and it turns out my condition only requires injections and physical therapy—I’m not at risk for paralysis at all. His scare tactics and dismissive attitude were extremely concerning. If you decide to see Dr. Reddy, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion. If the second opinion aligns with his and you’re comfortable with him, proceed with caution. Trust your instincts—mine were right, and it saved me from unnecessary surgery.

After three spinal surgeries I can honestly say that Dr. Reddy and his staff are the best medical team with whom I have ever dealt. From working with insurance and billing, test and hospital scheduling to post hospital care and follow-ups, my experience was stress-free. I can attest to Dr. Reddy's surgical skill and knowledge. After years of pain, my last surgery is six weeks behind me. I had forgotten what is was like to be pain-free. I would recommend Dr. Reddy and his wonderful staff to everyone.

Great experience!!
Kind and honest. He and his team were so sweet (and funny) the entire appointment. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to hurry up while explaining my issues. (Jade his assistant is wonderful and caring) He took the time to show me where my problem areas were located, and his suggestions for how I could get relief. Such a great experience. I’m not sure why anyone would leave a bad review for this team. Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience!!
I had surgery over 2 years ago and I am still having issues. I had a L4 to pelvis fixation done by him. I had a rod come loose (at my follow up with X-rays he said everything looked great when it was clear on the X-ray that it was floating in the soft tissue at the top) I had to have an additional surgery to fix after my primary found it on imaging along with the radiologist a month after my follow up. I had hardware poking out of my back(less than an mm from breaking through the skin) and he put a screw in my actual SI joint. I had to have additional surgeries from a competent surgeon to remove all of the hardware Dr. Reddy put in originally as it was not doing anything to help my issues the way it was and had to have surgeries to properly fuse my SI joints as well. 5 additional surgeries to correct everything he did originally. When questioned he becomes extremely rude and office notes are written to say the patient was the problem and used inappropriate language which was untrue.

Had back surgery 3 1/2 years ago
Told me the best outcome would be if he and the thoracic surgeon collapsed my lung and broke ribs to go in that way. As a result I developed a abdominal flank bulge which I was never told could happen! In addition still in pain and both he and thoracic doc continued to deny.

Arrogant
Bad experience. Rushed. Question everything he recommends. Does one thing at visit, then embellishes his preparation/explanation in his office visit summary. Second opinion recommeded.

Had surgery over 6 months ago, back still hurts (not spasms). Left leg and foot are still numb off and on. Still can not stand or walk for more than several minutes at a time. Last visit Dr. Reddy was very rude. Can't sit on spine, pain radiates to both hips.

Horrible outcome - no improvement to symptoms
Horrible bedside manner, never adequately explained totality of procedure for L2-L3 fusion and laminectomy and decompression of spinal stenosis. After two years of no symptom improvement following his surgery I sought outside physician assistance. CT scan revealed screws that were too small for the procedure, inadequate depth into the vertebral body, inappropriate plane of entry - no decompression of stenosis and loose screws. 2nd procedure to correct these errors revealed grossly loose screws, worse on the right, with a continuation of the symptoms for which I presented to him. Would not have him work on my dog! After 7 hours of dissection and removal of the old hardware, I am confident that my symptoms will improve. Only 30 days out from the new procedure and already feel better...

Dr.Reddy is extremely rude to his former patients. If I had the opportunity to do it again, I would have chosen a surgeon who was caring. After contacting him two years after he performed a surgery on me , he told me to go somewhere else very rudely. I’m such a positive person and I try to stay in good spirits after beating a malignant brain tumor he discovered . The best advice I can give to anyone , who wants to be treated with respect , is to avoid any procedure with this surgeon.

Dr Baimeedi replaced a herniated disk in my neck with an artificial one in March 2016. Now, almost 3 years later, my back and neck feel great -- better than I imagined possible.

If your looking for a Dr. that is going to sugar coat things and not deliver you will want to find someone less qualified. On the other hand Dr. Baimeedi put all the cards on the table told me there were risks and delivered on the operating table.. My herniated disc worsened while I was waiting for Medica to pre authorize to the point where I lost control of my legs. He got me in a a day when he was operating 15 hours all ready and the same night my legs are working again. Highly recommend him.

While Dr. Baimeedi's bedside manner was blunt it was refreshing. I didn't need or want my hand held. I wanted a realistic assessment and the outcome variabilities. Dr. Baimeedi was very confident and skilled in his ability to replace a seriously damaged cervical disc. I have no complaints with the outcome in the procedure.

When it come to having a brain auerysm nobody should be called a Nervous Nellie. I felt he was condescending and although he may be a excellent Doctor, when a paitent is told they have something wrong with their brain, he shouldn't minimize the patients fears, they are real! I give him a low rating because his bedside manner needs work, he needs to put himself in his patients shoes.
