Awesome experience with Dr. Durgam! she was very professional , timely, welcoming, and listened attentively to the description of my symptoms. She immediately ordered imaging test and explained I would have a follow up visit after she reviewed the test results. her office staff was friendly and professional also.

She is extremely knowledgeable regarding her field of medicine. She takes the time to educate and take care of the patient. It’s hard to find an exceptional doctor like “Dr. Durgam”! I drive approximately two hours ( there and back) just to be able to see her…and I’m 70 years old! It’s worth the trip!

After nearly 9 months of searching for a neurologist. I found the best one in Northwest Houston. Couldn’t ask for better. Dr. Durgam listens and works with you to get the best possible treatment while working within the framework of what my insurance will provide or allow, which can be a real challenge at times. Dr. Durgam is simply the best.

I was suffering from a migraine during my first visit with Dr. Durgam and she was so great and took care of me right away with a rescue medication. She was very patient and listened to all of my concerns and immediately set in motion a care plan that addressed my needs. I love having a physician that cares.

Dr Durgam takes time with her patients and answers all the questions we have. She doesn't have someone come in and do her job. She comes in and asks all the questions and talks to her patients, unlike other doctors who stay a few minutes and move on to the next room. Her patients are not just a number or $ signs to her. We love her and she takes good care of our mom who has alzheimer's.

I recently visited Dr. Preethi Duram for my serious headache issues. So glad I did as i finally was informed what it is exactly causing my dizziness and headache. One of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I consulted her as a neurologist which she is and thank God I finally got my appointment. I only wish though she is practicing as an Internist & primary care physician as well cuz she is very knowledgeable in every area & helped me with some insightful suggestions I normally would get from an internist. I really want to highlight that and appreciate the extra mile she went ! Dr. Preethi Durgam is so very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. And I also wish we find excellent caring physicians like Dr. Durgam in every field in medicine. Wish I could give her unlimited stars.

I started taking my special needs son to dr. Durham a couple years ago. Believe me I have taken him to many doctors over the years and she is great. She listens to everything I say and spends time with us. Answers my questions and she is very smart, down to earth and just great! There is staff on board ready to serve and kudos to them as well. I have had neurological problems for decades. I have never had the care and results I get from Dr. Durham before. I first met her when I had to have my mother evaluated for dementia. She was kind and thorough. She diagnosed my mother with Lewy-Bodie Dementia and had her meds changed to make her remaining life less stressful and more comfortable. I will always be grateful for that. She has been treating me for chronic migraines and a seizure disorder. She listens to her patients and is always looking for a better solution for a quality life. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor to anyone.

We switched from our Dad's prior Neurologist who didn't seem to care about the patient or family members. During our first visit with Dr. Durgam, my brother explained the patient, our Dad, has a daughter in Dallas and could not be there in person for the appointment and asked if it was ok to have me on the phone. She agreed with no problem. That won me over and put a smile on my face! She took great care in listening to our Dad's prior condition, what we had seen in our Dad's behaviors, and let us ask questions! She understood this disease is still new to us and that we're looking for the best care for our Dad. Our second visit was today. Very nice, lots of information and options provided to us regarding the care for our Dad. That is leaps and bounds a world of difference from his prior Neurologist. We are so thankful!

For the last year I walked around thinking I could drop dead at anytime because of the aneurysm in my head. I've seen a couple of Neuo Dr. But no one ever told me I didn't have to worry about the size of mine until it got to a 7. That in itself dropped my blood pressure by some points. She changed so.e of my meds and even though this was my first visit. I feel good about her taking care of my health. This gonna be a long relationship.

We talked about my MS situation and changing medicine. Very helpful with everything changing.

Dr. Durham is great. She listens and explains everything in terms a layman can understand. After dealing with another neurologist that had no personality and wouldn’t explain or answer questions, Dr. Durham was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a neurologist.

She always takes care of me in my headaches. I am 5 years with her and help me a lot.
