My appointment was at 3 (new patient) and they didn't call me till 3:55. Then Dr Gupta opened the door to the room and said 'you have Covid, you have Covid'. I was wearing a mask because I am immunocompromised. She left the room to retrieve a mask for her. I never got the results or the explanation of the findings for my EEG. She went over my medical history and medications. After 10 minutes with her she said we will meet on a need to basis and left.

My wife and I met with Dr. Gupta. She gave us her full attention. She asked us many questions and listened to our concerns. She conducted an examination and explained the results of the tests I had taken previously. She was friendly and easy to talk to and spent a lot of time with us. I would recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone who wants a caring, friendly and well informed doctor.

Does not listen or empathize, which is completely unacceptable when treating patients who have experienced brain injuries/disorders. She has made me cry in appointments multiple times. I even brought a friend to my appt once, and she was as appalled as I was.

As a client of her myself, I can tell you first hand shes very kind and understanding and surprisingly easy to communicate with. I loved my old neurologist so much and he'll always have a place in my heart, but when the time came to go from pediatric to the adult practice he told me not to worry because he had a great replacement in mind. And that was Gupta. After just a few meetings I decided to stick with her even after leaving my parents insurance. To be honest she's more helpful than my PCP!
