Top notch.
5 minute wait on a Wednesday afternoon. Same on Friday morning the next day. Dr. Chatpar was communicative, detailed, concerned, and thorough. I came out with clear advice, a probable diagnosis and a test scheduled for the following morning on premises. Just about the ideal office visit.

My husband has been a Long standing patient of Dr Prem Chatpar. Without these last 35 years seeing Dr Chatpar, I do not think my husband would be Alive today. He even came to North Shore Hospital on aSaturday to check on him with a non-related issue but was sure to get the ball rolling.on his care! (left his young daughter on an outing) to get to the hospital! His care is truly unprecedented. His staff is kind and very welcoming in both offices. I cannot say enough about the time and caring he gives us. We are truly blessed to have found him so many years ago. I would highly recommend him to Anyone with a Rheumatology issue. You will be lucky to have him!!

Dr. Chatpar is truly a phenomenal physician in all ways. He has good bedside manner as well and the fact that he is incredibly knowledgeable. He kept checking in with my family about my progress, and I have not any other doctors so invested in my care after having left the office. I will definitely recommend Dr. Chatpar to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

After consulting with a specialist following a diagnosis of severe osteoporosis, my elderly mother rightfully sought a second opinion after the specialist prescribed an oral bisphosphonate medication without even inquiring of my mother whether she suffered from any gastro-intestinal problems. Also to my mom’s credit, she pored through the internet looking for a qualified specialist. She checked Dr Chatpar’s background and made an appointment. I joined my mother for the visit. Dr Chatpar and his staff were stellar. A comprehensive history was taken after which Dr Chatpar appeared. He was genuinely warm. There was never a sense that he was trying to escape the room or that he had anything on his mind but his patient. He suggested Prolia as the treatment and he assured us that he wanted us to ask him any questions. He listened to our concerns and adjusted his advice in consideration of our hesitation to commence Prolia infusion until protected by a covid-19 vaccine. I am writing this re

Dr. Chatpar has been seeing me for joint issues that have worsened while under his care. During the past five years i have struggled each and every time i had a visit with him. Only after searching my medical file online with my insurance company did i discover that i had ankylosing spondylitis, a form of RA. Seems he was too busy to tell me that and as a result my conditioned worsened considerably. My advise, stay away!!

Terrible office!!! Go elsewhere!!! The office placed another patient before my scheduled time ahead of me. To make matters worse, I already filled out paperwork ahead of time, which didn't stop them from keeping me waiting 2 hours, without the doctor even seeing me!!! The office has no organization, structure, or concern for their patients time!! The women next to my room was equally appalled at how it was taking 3 hours just to get a script for bloodwork, which they send you out for!!

Average wait is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, time spent with Doctor is about 3mins, maybe. 1hr in waiting room, 30-45 mins in examine room, 2 mins with nurse, 5-10 mins with PA. Doc sees you twice a year, you mostly see a PA. Office staff sent blood work to wrong lab. Spent 5 months following up to correct staff error for $500 lab bill sent to wrong lab n not covered under insurance. Last appt, sat for 1hr 15mins before told me PA wasn't there after taking copay for visit. Met others with similar experienc

I see Dr. Marianna Gertsberg M.D. She is AMAZING!!! She definitely cares about her patients. From the first time I went there she has always listened to my concerns and actually tries to take care of it, not like other doctors I have been to even my primary doctor who every time I have gone to makes you wait hours only to be blown off and rushed out feeling the same. Dr. Gertsberg is very knowledgeable. She always has my meds called in asap. If you need to see her she will always fit you in!

Called several times for lab test results & my calls were never returned. I was told by office staff that would be discussed at my next visit which is 3 months away. This is unacceptable. I had scan done there and had to wait until my next visit 5 weeks to find out something is not normal. This is poor medical practice. I did get a call to remind me of my next appointment & the amount my copay would. For that they call !!! Unbelievable

Dr. Chatpar is a smart guy and he knows his stuff. That being said he only really sees you on your first visit or two. After that you are in the hands of one of his PA's and he takes little or no part in your treatment. To add insult to injury you have to wait a really long time to not even see him. Its a shame because he could be a great doctor but seems to care more about making money than helping people.

Horrible. Perscriptions forgotten to be called in, and test results not given back only to later find out bad news that could have been assisted earlier. Very dissapointed in the care the office gives their patients. Go somewhere else !!

kind, considerate, incredible bedside manner, intelligent, articulate, very well versed in medicine and therapeutic agents, Dr. Chatpar never fails to respond, and his response always is fantastic. My wife was suffering in the hospital. No doctor there knew what to do. They called in Dr. Chatpar, and regardless of the cliche sound, he was a miracle worker. He listened, he studied, and most importantly he acted with decisiveness. He is only topped by his own office staff. Thank you Dr. Chatpar!
