Had a telehealth appointment with her. I signed onto the call at the time of the appointment and was met with an empty chair. I tried saying hello multiple times. No response. She was chatting with someone loudly in the background. After 5 minutes I signed out and signed back in a few minutes later. Empty chair again. I signed back out. She called me about 5 minutes later saying she was on the call and I was late and then she got distracted and left the computer. This was a complete lie. I was on time and she was not there. I didn’t say anything and just let it go and tried to have the appointment. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, seemed to be irrationally annoyed ant me that the appointment didn’t start on time (when she was the one who hadn’t shown up for the appointment on time), and cancelled my appointment. Shockingly rude and unhelpful.

Very empathetic
Dr. Sanne is a very empathetic doctor, and she was very thorough in our appointment. I had really bad anxiety and panic attacks, and she helped me a lot. I want to thank her for her help.

I’ve tried to set up 6 different appointments and she last minute cancelled all of them with no explanation or offer for a reschedule. Terribly unprofessional.

I had a teledoc visit with her. I waited 2 entire hours. I was told to continue waiting for her each time I called the teledoc company. This is SO unprofessional. She first moved my appointment from 11 to 1, so I changed my entire day around. Now after waiting on hold for 2 hours for her to join the teledoc call I am furious my entire day has been waisted.
