Dr. Preston Imhof, DO

Completely unprofessional. I was not notified about certain office policies and arrived well ahead of time for my appointment. In order to comply with new, previously not notified about policies, I made arrangements to resolve the matter before my appointment time since I arrived early. I now messed up a third party's schedule to comply, but rather than let me have my appointment, Dr. Imhof made me reschedule (again, even though I would have been on time for my appointment). I was the last appointment for the day so he could have waited a bit longer regardless of the timing (he was NOT honoring the 15 minute grace period). Instead, as I was rescheduling, I saw him leave early! So rather than see me, on time, he wanted to go home early. I made sure to reschedule with another doctor. If he doesn't respect my time when I was trying to respect his, I cannot imagine he'd respect my concerns or my well-being.

Visits to Dr. Imhof's office have always been top notch from start to finish of all of my visits. He truly shows compassion and care, and is very thorough. Best ENT doctor I have seen in all my 50+ years. Also very respectful of my time. Have never had to wait.

Not only did his office reschedule my appointment last minute, so I showed up and had to wait around for 4 hours to be seen, but then Dr. Imhof barely spent 2 minutes finding out why I was there, did a cursory check of my throat, and then was pretty dismissive of my concerns. He talked to me like I was a child and I left feeling that I had wasted my entire day off trying to see him for a concern that I was so worried about that I had rushed to see a specialist. I would NOT recommend people go to see Dr Imhof. Try a different ENT.

As good of a teacher as he is a doctor. Explains everything around your medical conditions and anatomy in a clear and easy way so that you're able to make the best informed decision for yourself. Super personable as well

A+ from booking the last minute appointment to being seen by Dr. Imhof. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Wait time was very short...I had not even finished my paperwork before I was called back. I was in the procedure room for about 3 minutes when Dr. Imhof walked in. He has excellent bedside manner and explained everything before he did it. The entire team provided excellent service!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with any doctor. After a quick exam, he determined that he had no idea what was causing me pain in my ear. He didn’t answer questions that I had and gave me a quick referral to another doctor. He totally lacked compassion. It was such a waste of my copayment.

Dr. Imhof was in a hurry and did not listen to me. I still have the same problem I had. He did me no good and I regret the copay and money he charged my insurance for nothing. He was a complete waste of time and money. Mu ears are stopped up and I have tinnitus as of late. He did not even try to find my problem. He told me to get otc nasal spray and see him in 6 weeks. My advice is to go to a more thorough, more experienced doctor and steer clear of Dr. Imhof.
