Dr. Priyanka Yadav, MD

My daughter had to be admitted to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit for a week. The goal was to induce and record seizures to be sure what was causing them. There was question about if they were stress induced or if they were truly epileptic in nature. Dr. Yadav came in within a couple hours of my daughters arrival to the unit. She explained to us very thoroughly what they were looking for and the ways they would capture that data. She made sure to fully understand the history of seizures and asked detailed questions in order to understand better. She then answered all the questions we had and shared some helpful feedback that put our minds at ease and also helped us to feel fully supported in our search for answers. Dr. Yadav called me with updates as I had to work and wanted to be sure that I understood what was happening with my daughter. She is truly an amazing provider that genuinely cares about her patients. Her compassion comes through with each interaction. I highly recommend her!
