Dr.Butt is very personable and takes the time to educate and explain in depth the plan of care for his patients. He is the best Nephrologist I have been to and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for great care.

Utilized a review system a couple of years ago when searching for a nephrologist in San Antonio and discovered Dr. Butt. I had my left kidney removed previously due to cancer and utilized Dr. Butt to help me combat high blood pressure. We've been able to bring my blood pressure under control. I normally don't have to wait long to see the doctor and he takes the time necessary to address my questions when we have our session together. I've been very pleased with Dr. Butt's treatment.

Dr. Butt began my treatment last year in hospital, and has continued to monitor my health since then. He is very smart, professional, but also very empathetic and wants to help his patients achieve their level of a healthy lifestyle. My son sees Dr. Butt he is very nice and knows his job very well.We go with our son who is 23 to all his appointments and we are always treated with respect. Kidneys are better and he is truly an angel. We count our blessings everyday for bringing him into our sons life and ours.

Dr. Butt displays great bedside manner. I met him during a hospital stay and he took the time to explain what was happening to my kidneys and what his plan was to improve their function. Today my kidneys are functioning at 87%, which is a remarkable recovery from when I saw him in the hospital and for that I will forever be grateful to Dr. Butt!
