Very Kind, Caring and Brilliant Surgeon. I Absolutely recommend her. This Dr. removed a serious life-threatening tumor that no one else in Nebraska would completely remove. She took Excellent Care of me. ALL of her Nursing Staff were so compassionate and Caring and Professional. Though, will say her lead Nurse Rachel caused me no end of trouble. It became highly detrimental to my care. They played a lot of mind games with me and my Home Health after that serious surgery completely fell through. I truly suffered. I wasn't able to get to see Dr. Ly for any return visits-I had 1 and that was it. There seemed to be a lot of gossip behind my back with that particular nurse. So, Dr. Ly is great but I had to leave because that one nurse ruined my continued care. And that's unfortunate because Dr. Ly is really great.

Dr. Ly is my surgeon, she will be doing a liver (if needed) and colon resection on me in March, I am not giving her a 5 star rating based on her surgery, as that has not happened yet, and I'll update this review at that time, she's getting a 5 star rating because she takes the time with her patient, answered ALL questions I had with care in her tone, and did not sugar coat anything and gave me true, honest answers to what I have coming up! I am glad I have her as my surgeon!

One of the best at UNMC, personally had 2nd colon resection and semi-annual follow-ups.
