Wonderful experience. Dr Thai explained my medical condition, explained my MRI, and in detail discussed my treatment options: from pain management through to fusion surgery. He is the first doctor I have had with this medical problem go through all the options, risk, consequences, and statistical outcomes. He was so patient with all my questions and my husbands and really listened to our concerns.

Dr. Thai has great bedside manners. He makes the procedure non stressful and was a hoot and visited with my sister and me before and after my surgery. The surgery went well and has helped me tremendously. I am sad that he has recently left.

Dr. Thai is one of the greatest doctors my family has ever met. He is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. I left a review in 2018 and am leaving a followup now 2 years later. Dr. Thai did minimally invasive laser surgery on my son’s back. My son had a herniated disc and saw Dr. Thai when he was in so much pain he could not even stand up straight. He had terrible sciatica running down his left leg. Dr. Thai was so nice and reassuring. He took the time to patiently answer all our questions. He explained everything on the MRI, let us know what was occurring and what was needed. I was very nervous to consider surgery for my son but Dr. Thai made me and my son feel so comfortable. After my son woke from surgery he was pain free for first time in 6 months and has been pain free since the surgery 2 years ago. We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Thai. We saw him when he worked in MD.

I would never recommend this man to anyone! I had extreme back and neck issues and after years of conservative treatment that failed to help, was seen at his office. I could hardly walk by this time and had been unable to work. I felt hopeless at this point. Upon first entering the room, Dr. Thai began to berate me for not bringing in my MRI results. I informed him that the disc had been sent to his office before my visit. He stormed out of the room and after viewing the results, returned. He was rude and condescending, acting as if I was wasting his time. His staff responded in the same manner. Don't waste your time going to Dr. Thai.

Dr. Thai is highly-qualified, which is the reason I went to see him about my chronic low back pain and degenerative disc disease. I'd had an MRI a few days before the appointment and was hoping to get information from him about the progression of my condition; the likelihood is of it getting worse; whether surgery was an option; what I might do to make it better. Normal questions anyone would have. Dr. Thai acted from the very first moment as if I was just wasting his time. He offered absolutely no information. He did not show me any images from the MRI. He seemed to believe that I was attempting to pin him down to making a precise prediction about what might happen in the future (which I was not). He simply gave me a lecture about why he refused to tell me what might happen in the future, and why highlytrained professionals like him are not in the business of telling the future. Really condescending and insulting. I left his office knowing precisely nothing more than I knew

My husband was suffering from 3 herniated discs. After several doctors, epidurals and other pain management protocols, he was referred to Dr. Thai. He and his staff were kind and took time to explain everything. We schedule surgical intervention, and my husband was walking the same afternoon. He had minor discomfort from surgery and the other issues were no longer painful. Four weeks post-op and we are very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Dr. Thai and his team.

This man has no business being in an operating room. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!! I was worse after surgery. He did not help me at all and then tried to do another surgery on me. I DECLINED WITHOUT HESITATION!! This man only cares about his reputation and not his patients. I will never step foot in a room with him again. Biggest mistake I ever made!
