BEWARE! - Frustrating and dishonest billing practi
On my first visit they made a typo when submitting my bill to insurance which led to me paying the full amount for the visit. After getting this straightened out I was left with a positive balance on my account. I have spent the last 9 months trying to get them to apply that balance to a more recent invoice (or write me a check) which they refuse to do and have now sent that more recent invoice to collections. They have no on-site billing department and while both their 3rd party billing service and the collection agency are sympathetic to my situation, Knoxville Institute of Dermatology refuses to return their calls as well. When I have tried to get their billing service and them on the line at the same time they forward the call to back to the billing service! It is beyond frustrating. Before you decide to visit this group call and ask for their billing department. You will forwarded to India.

Amazing Doctor
I have been a patient for ten years. Dr. Rahman is consistently professional and skilled at every visit. She is excellent at diagnosing pre cancers early before they become a real problem. Recently a biopsy confirmed symptoms of early squamous cell skin cancer in two areas. I was seen shortly after the biopsy results came in for treatment. At that time Dr. Rahman discussed options for treatment and after a thorough discussion with me performed cryosurgery on both areas. The procedures were virtually painless.

I cannot recommend her practice enough. I was diagnosed with a malignant melanoma and even though she was scheduled to start her vacation in two days she made me a priority and saw me the next day. She coordinated my surgery with Dr. Wright prior to her departure and he knew everything about me before I even saw him for the first time thanks to her communication. Her kindness to me and my family will not soon be forgotten. Her concern for the patient is quite evident.

When I visited Dr. Radman it was a horrible experience. She is rude no bedside manner. Rude in front of me to her staff also slams untisels around and when I asked her what I had on my face she very annoyingly told me a cost. Slammed every down slammed the door and walked out. I would never recommend this practice to anyone nor return. She does not respect patience nor her staff. The tension you feel within her circle of nurse practioner and assistants is extremely uncomfortable.
